Our journey started in the restaurant industry, where we learned the magic of creating something special for people. From there, life took me into nursing, where I cared for others in a different way. But amidst the chaos of everyday life I realized something simple yet powerful, that happiness is its own kind of healing- and what a better way to bring joy than with a sweet memory of childhood.

 

With a passion for creating memorable experiences, I also spent years working in special events in NJ and at one of New Jersey's finest wedding venues, helping couples bring their dream celebrations to life. That experience taught me the importance of thoughtful details, impeccable service, and making every moment feel alive and magical- values we now bring to every event we cater.

 

That's when The Dough Chateau & Creamery was born. Together as a family, we created a business that blends our passion for delightful experiences, nostalgic charm, and happiness to all those we serve. With our mobile frozen desserts catering trike, we bring handcrafted delights straight to your celebrations, serving up moments of fun, happiness, and a taste of childhood magic.
